MisterTango and Offshore company, does it works?

I have only opened a personal account for my banking needs, the problem is that I want a business account preferable for an offshore company say in BVI, Seychelles or Belize!

Does someone know if they offer account setups for offshore corps? or EU companies only?

Seychelles and Belize - it was about 9 months ago, something may have changed since they are growing and this brings attention, but they seemed very open compared to other options available

I asked them yesterday after reading the thread and below is there answer

There is a possibility to open Mistertango account for companies, registered in all over the world.


If you like to proceed through company identification process you need to send the following documents (in English language) to [email protected] (IMPORTANT: please do not reply to this letter).

- Certificate of incorporation;

- Articles of association (Statute);

- The list of shareholders;

- Official extract from the commercial register (not older than 3 months). At the document we need to see the following information: name of the company, address of the company, director of the company, shareholders of the company.

– If the company‘s activity is related with finacial services or crypto currency exchange, it is required to provide the company‘s AML and KYC procedure.

– If the account for the company has been opened not by the director, please attach the power of attorney document signed by the director and director’s ID/passport.

PLEASE NOTE: all the documents should be notarised. If there is no possibility to provide the notarised documents, please be prepared to make a payment from your company‘s account at other bank to your new company‘s Mistertango account. If you choose to make a payment – please, send a bank statement of that transaction.

Please inform us, if your company is going to receive or send payments to crypto currency exchanges?

Who is opening account for the company, director or person who has the power of attorney?

Please provide us the link where we could find the information about your company at official public source.

Briefly describe your company’s business plan and the purpose of opening Mistertango account.

Provide the information about ultimate beneficiary owners who have more than 25 percent of shares by sending their passport/ID card photo. By providing information about beneficiary owners, you are responsible for the accuracy of information provided.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you used your particular email for registration, it is impossible to change it, convert it or delete it.


After the account registration, your personal account has been linked with corporate account. Corporate account could be reached only through personal account by linked user. If you want to log in to your corporate account you need to log in to your personal account first. After you logged in, on the top of your computer or mobile screen you will see arrow, click on it and choose to go to your corporate account. If you want to add linked user you could do this when you log in through website, go to settings, click on a Linked user and enter an email used for registration at Mistertango by the person you want to add. You could delete one of the linked users.

they accept 95% of jurisdictions
including Belize and Seychelles
BUT
they have only SEPA payments (they do not support international SWIFTs)
and only in EUR

You could send and receive EUR currency to Mistertango account using SEPA transfer method.

SEPA transfers between countries which belong to SEPA area (EU, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco, Iceland, Liechtenstein, San Marino).

Temporary situation: SWIFT payments are not available. When you will be able to receive the SWIFT transfer, you will see the SWIFT payment details at your Mistertango account.
