MisterTango SEPA problem

Hello

I did find that previous thread where people have had same problem with this thing and have get everything sorted out afterall.

I did make a 7,5k transaction and now its stucked, and have been about ~2weeks, first email they answered on support and now 4days, no aswer.

I was wondering if someone here could help me with this problem. I would appreciate that a lot !

(and yea i know iam stupid to use it blabla, i have been used tango more than 6months with no problems before and havent ofc googled the problems before what they have had now)

if you came across that thread now then there is probably no better advice than to stick with what people said and worked for them
if you read it before making transfer of this size then you know...

OK, one last time for the newbies - STAY AWAY FROM MISTERTANGO or use it for pennies

No i did not know the problems before ofc i made the transaction, because i did not have any glue this kind of a thing has been going on there. Just started googling after the problem came out with my transaction.

send them an email a day, hope and be patient - worked for me few months back - nowadays, who knows...
