Upwork based in the USA, one of the Western countries that claim one of the cornerstones of their fantastic liberal democracy is that it does not ascribe collective guilt to an entire group, race or ethnicity of people. Sure!

Same for me, upwork russian programmists are good and honest in contrast to indians for example... at least from my experience
