need help for offshore company and nominee?

Want to know what I need to do with a offshore company in Belize and nominee director!

After 2018 I need a nominee director to be anonymous for company how can I get a nominee director and what can he do with the company as a director of the company?

You are mixing things! It is the Seychelles that will release data not Belize (at least so far) anyway to appoint a nominee director you simply order that together with the company. The nominee will not have access to anything usually.

As @auric said, you are confused! You can register a Belize company and don't worry about any public registry! As least as what we know today, no one knows about tomorrow!
