Have used Vultr before with no problems. WorldStream and LeaseWeb are big ones for NL.

I have heard that hostry.com is now offering VPS services in Amsterdam starting from $1.0. So I think You can contact them and ask if they still have that deal.

It's satisfying to be able to quickly handle the technical side of hosting my site and remain focused on improving the content.
More 'heavy duty' support issues are handled via email and I have always received a reply within 24 hours. Usually it's within a couple of hours.

Hostry.com is a nice web host.

I do not know of another webhost that offers that level of customer support and satisfaction.
