New bank for BVI

Does anyone have any recommendations for offshore banking jurisdictions for BVI companies that do not require a large deposit and allow you to remote open the corporate bank account without the need to travel to the jurisdiction?

I wrote a whole thread on a new bank that opened up in BVI specifically for BVI companies with business connections to Asia.

The account maintenance fee is insane, and it was just licensed last year. No thanks. I am looking for a bank that is more established than that.
