Non CRS offshore banking -- Anyone has experience with Jamaica?

Looking for open a business account with a Non CRS country.
It seems Jamaica is one of the choices.
Anyone has experience with Jamaica bank before?
If the account is used for collecting US clients payments, any tax issues?

I have been working with CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank Jamaica for years back. However, at some time they closed the account because I didn't used it any longer.

Other banks in Jamaica and do we need a company in Jamaica or they take Belize comps?
