offshore bank accounts are protected?

I want to know few things. How does offshore bank account works?
If they receive a fraudulent complaint and government ask to get details of a private bank account of someone , can offshore bank account give account details to the government?

No they can't give any details about you or your company that's the beauty of haveing an offshore account your privacy is protected unless you are doing anything illegal.

If you have a company behind it for instant in the Seychelles or Belize you have 100% protection against any lender or creditors unless you reveal the information yourself.

Why would they receive a fraudulent complaints? I think its better to have a Professional to handle your Bank accounts since we already know that government will cross the borders just to take some money from you.
