Offshore bank or investment card comparable to the Schwab debit visa?

As a Canadian I am ineligible for the schwab account and its corresponding gold standard low fee's travel card.

Question.

Are there any other banks or investment companies in other jurisdictions that are comparable to schwab sweet deal on low fees debit cards?

Why do not you try Scotiabank Card, Most card have very low fee's for foreign exchange some have zero fee

I am in the process of opening an account for them. They stated that the debit card which comes with international brokerage is to access investment, and not for a regular use.
What does it mean practically? What if I buy Tesla stock on couple of k and use the card for everyday expenses?
