Offshore corp group?

We had made an order with offshore corp group in july and paid in full for their service in advance and havent received any news or updates does anyone have experience with them?

i am starting to think after this many months that it was a complete scam.

I guess was 1000% scam because before posting this the site was working lol. As soon as i posted they took the site down
