I would like to know if I can have online access to my bank account for the statements and online funds transfers.

All banks do offer comprehensive ebanking / Internet banking from where you can access your bank account for your banking needs, as well you can send Wire Trnasfers and check account statements, balance etc.

Most of the banks these days all over the country have adapted the latest technologies and online banking is one of their features. If your bank doesn't have one, I suggest that you should leave it right away since its like they are not upgrading their services after these years.
