Wells Fargo can open accounts without ITIN, but you have to go there.

Yes that what the people i know did

Wells fargo and BOA were easy to open accounts for non US and non residents but its a must to go there to do it

The medium size banks are way easier than the big banks

If I have Russian residency, will old-style US banks open a business account for my US LLC if I would visit them personally?
In case of EMI, that's almost impossible.
