Partnering in the offshore business

When you have the idea on how to run the business and its model and wanted to start the same business in some other country, normally how would you do? Would you like to engage in a partnering firm with the locals there or would start it alone in that country?

Depending on what my plans are I would defiantly go and do the business myself, there are always incured costs and profit sharing if you take on partners.


For the company formation itself I would choice a local service agency which knows how to setup and register the company.
