Hey folks, I think most people in this forum advise against getting CC processors for a gambling site because usually when you invite players for example from AU or USD you are breaking the laws of those countries. The trust is there are plenty of casinos out there that are unlicensed and welcome US players. They use the same CC processing scheme that replica watch stores use... that is cover up business that do the processing and keep CB down.

So, why cant this model be used also in unlicensed gambling, specially if the owners are from offshore countries that dont care if their citizens are doing online gambling and they dont regulate it and dont give licenses either?

Thanks folks, whats the worse thing that can happen if there is an online casino running from a permisive offshore country while it is processing customers from prohibited countries like US or AU?
You might find yourself in federal courts. Hiding in Belize or Guatemala? Don't worry, US will pressure local authorities to have you kicked out and conveniently picked up.

Gambling's "Black Friday" was one such event:

Australia is a lot less risky unless you live in a country where Australia has significant influence, but definitely don't touch US for unlicensed gambling unless you have a rock solid structure in place.

Uncoded gaming processing has been known for the last 15 years and works well with the few processors who have developed a network and methods that allow them to process such transactions. The problem is that the consequence can be fatal if the merchant is discovered. I can only warn people to start that kind of business.
