Payment processor for Warez site ?

The problem with localbitcoin is that there's a very big loss and a lot of identity checks. Thank you for your answers.
Have you considered the Blockchain.info API to receive payment automatically by bitcoins? Just asking since it makes it alot easier for people to pay you with btc. Here on the forum we have considered it but faced problems with the implementation of it so far.

Alternative open a 2co account which also supports PayPal. You need to make up a cover business anyway so just make sure that the company you setup in some country is supportted by paypal.

Easy fix. You don't buy btc with other peoples ads, you make your own ad, no check required and the price you set can be a lot better.

With 2co it will be my paypal or their ?

Honestly paypal would be my last choice, as it's so easy to get banned by paypal. I would go with payoneer as an EMI and Stripe for a payment processor. I think this would have the most potential for longevity.

The people that i do know doing this sort of thing with paypal usually just sell paypal on localbitcoins.
You have tried Payoneer + Stripe? I read such accounts get banned fast.

check for how long they have been in business and what other websites / businesses are using them, that's the first thing to do!

Hello,

It also depends in which country your company is incorporated (for instance, Stripe do not accept companies from all countries)
How do your packages/offers work? recurring memberships? (ex: 19.90€/49.90€ per month?) or one shot?

The idea of fake websites can be ideal, I already made those websites for clients but you need to becareful on:
- having a solid KYC (so the full package from your company: utility bill, Articles of association, passport, etc.). PSPs and Banks are more and more skeptical regarding new companies starting recurring payments (if you process recurring)
- as you do not have any processing history, you need a solid business plan or marketing plan (for the fake business)
- a solid and legit "fake business" to present (aka a high quality website with a service which can stick with the price of the real business).
- when you will face friendly frauds (= tc40 transactions, when an user simply wants the money back). PSPs will block your funds because they will see that the service/product (warez) is different than the supposed website you applied to them. They will freeze your accounts. Currently, if you have just few chargebacks, this setup could be a good option.

You can try some of those PSPs (I cannot guarantee that they still accept this business activity: zotapay, payforasia, instabill, maxpay ...)
You can also try chinese/african PSPs, they will directly accept your real warez website (consider: 6-8% fees). However, it comes with higher risks.

In any case, before trying to negotiate a low processing fee, you should be more focused on:
- negotiate a quick settlement (optimal: daily, realistic: 2 times per week). You will reduce the chance to be blocked.
- reduce the rolling reserve (I guess you will have 10% by default)
- can they open different MIDs (like different connections to banks and not a single one). If you open 5 MIDs for one website, you can cascading the volume processed and reduce the risk for chargebacks and getting blocked.

- go away from PayPal like everyone said.
- forget about cryptocurrency, the market is very tiny at the moment and no one will use crypto considering the value of the different cryptocurrencies. You need credit/debit card payments.

sorry for the long post, even more because its my first one :D

Well if its porn warez i think they allow CC usage at some point even with realiable billers.
Other warez i think thats not possible.
But maybe some russian and chinese banks may accept visa/mc for you.

What's porn warez ?

I don't I've just seen it done before, I think its common with knockoff and Software Key Sellers. If you look around I'm sure you can find someone doing this.

I think it should be easy to create such a system. Just redirect users when they are paying for an item to an item with the same value on another site.

This is exactly the system I am looking for. Could you give some advice on how to go about setting this up? I have no idea how I would search this on google...

I have an eShop running OpenCart atm. So I am guessing I would need some sort of module that would do the redirect at the checkout to a dummy website for the payment. How would I even search for such a module???

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I can help and process payments without a merchant account but it requires very low chargeback rate.

Also, I cannot disclose any payment provider names as it will not go through providers.

For porn warez, did you try ccbill? I can also make an intro to another PSP specialized in adult content

Ok, how can we organise this? How do I contact you privately?

What you are doing here is called "aggregation" and is prohibited by Visa and Master unless you are licensed and approved doing so. If you use a 3rd party that don't has this license you risk 2 things!

1. You never see your money that is processed, maybe the first few times but then suddenly the payments stop!
2. You face huge fines and penalties up to 15,000 for each chargeback you receive.

It's risky business and you can't do nothing if it goes wrong. Your name, address and all this will be black listed on the former TMF list by Visa and Master, means everytime your name show up somewhere your application will get declined!
