I wanted to sell a website that I see going for mid-$xxx and wondering about PayPal as the payment processor, with the only problem being their chargebacks. But if I refuse PayPal people will call me a scammer and not bid - so what can I do?

Can I provide proof that the buyer has got the website incase a chareback is intiated against me, such as saying "Look PayPal - The WhoIs records clearly state I'm not the owner anymore..." or something along those lines?

Also, if someone could answer the following questions about these chargebacks:

-How long after the transaction can a chargeback be made?

-How do I appeal a chargeback and would I have any chance of winning?

Any information greatly appreicated!
