Is it just me or is Paypal's customer service horrid? First of all, the fact I have to call in A LOT is an issue. Then their automated computers that answer the phones are so complex.
Then the wait times are horrendously long! Once you get a representative, they are so slow and barely know what they are doing.
I am sick of it!
