Paypal fees for exchange rates

I collect money in various currencies using paypal account. Every time that I go to withdraw from Paypal to my local currency, Paypal gives me some insane exchange rate, causing me to lose a lot of money.


so how do I force paypal to withdraw without converting to my bank's local currency, so that my bank does the conversion instead of Paypal?

If you can do that then that's your best bet. Paypal eat up a lot of money in the exchange process and you lose a lot of money that way. the rate I think is 2-3% for exchange......insane right!!!
