paypal fees??

Is there any way to completely get rid of the paypal fees when you send payments? I'm opening up a site and I don't think it'd be very profitable because of the fees.


I remember reading about some Mass-pay program or something on a GPT site which made it so members wouldn't have to pay fees.


Does that mean they pay the fees or did they pay a one-time fee for it? and any discounts for mass payments?


It gonna takes forever for me to check it out at paypal?

Personal Payments is the only way that I know of to dodge Paypal's various fees. Unfortunately, I am not sure if Premier or Business accounts allow Personal Payments...but they might!
