Paypal sending payment

If I open a paypal account and send us 3000 € with the current account. What happens if they ask me to verify the documents? It is a European paypal account.

For 3k they will ask for documents for sure. You just send the docs they request and wait for approval.

Is it yours or a stealth account? If account is not validated before with legal docs, not only VBA/VCC or real ones, there may be holds up to 180 days.
