One thing I really want to kow is, where will a the place of court be if I am having an offshore company based in Cyprus?


Will it be in Cyprus? Or will it be in my home country?

It depends on your terms and conditions, if they say it is in Cyprus it is so, if you force your customers to be legal bound to your terms when placing an order.


But in anyway, it might be Cyprus the 1st stop is.
