Post-company-formation documents in Seychelles

I have established a new company in Seychelles. After forming the company, the service agent company sent me some documents to sign. One is Regulation 14 document. In 7th section of this document, it is required to check at least one box. I am confused here. If you have experience in forming company in Seychelles, Which box should I check, especially to prevent any future troubles?? I have attached the ss of the mentioned document.

Why would you get troubles. You are the only owner of the company and director.
