You don't need to look for the country but how you are doing it. The company can be in China or in France or in Pakistan it doesn't matter.

Some people really need to be spoon-feed.

So peoples republic of Chinafor you is equal to Marshall island about privacy!

To regain privacy in any business activity it requires you to be creative and be able to think out of the box.
Very true! Some people don’t take the time to really read through the mentor group. They just look for a ready made solution that fits what they want, but they won’t find it that way.

you guys speak about nominee shareholders and directors ?
Yes, that's part of what we're discussing, but the conversation should probably be taken to the Mentor Group Gold for everything to make sense and to ensure we don't violate forum rules. It's a bit tricky to put together, but it's definitely doable.

By the way, it's the same method you can use with any company you register, and for that matter, many financial services as well.

If you are using darks you can hide your company information as we discuss so many times here already. However, is there are more legit way to hide your company owner details from the public or is it all not possible any longer?

I think if you just want to hide the owner information from the public, there are still many ways as many jurisdictions do not publicly disclose owners of limiteds. (But the companies must report them to the government.)

Or am I wrong on that?

With darks everything is possible, you can also check mentor group gold for more options. We speak legal options to anonymize UBO!

Yes, and do you want to hide it just from the public (for which a Swiss AG should do the job as we discussed in another thread) or you want to hide it even from the government (which the governments don't want you to be doing)?

If it's the authorities you're trying to hide your information from, you need to be absolutely sure about what you're doing before you start. Make sure to check all angles of such a setup. The best option is probably to buy a ready-made setup and avoid using your own name and personal details - pay with crypto!
