Question Proof of address for operating address in BVI. How to receive it?

Hello everyone,
We have recently incorporated a BVI entity. Now during the registration at the crypto exchange, we should provide Proof of address for our operating address:
- it shouldn’t be a PO Box
- we should provide Proof of address - this can be a utility bill (a legit paper from a utility provider with our company’s name and address) or a rental agreement with monthly bills & payments.

Could you please recommend how we can act?
Can anyone provide us with such a service?

Most of the organization is automated

Parts that are not are admin and content.

Accounting is external.

So the operations of the company works in decentralized protocols (compute, storage) the only physical staffed areas are administration, and content creation (branding).

As the company is fully automated - everywhere but nowhere - the physical side of the company needs a place as the company is BVI it was decided there.

All decision making is driven by ANI (AI) multi-agent decision trees also.

For the office it isn't cheap...

With the release of ChatGPT though we could even loose content producers.. and automate that, admin is basically automatable....

Lawyers suggested retaining some humans (darn) but otherwise there's no human input or directing as it all runs on AI (different divisions).

At peak there was something like 70 staff and 3 universities sending students as the years have gone by thats been culled and culled.
