Pros and cons of shared IBAN?

Any drawbacks or maybe advantages for having a shared IBAN for everyday inbound/outbound payments?

there is no advantage with a shared IBAN, you would prefer to get your own IBAN since it is easier to receive payments from 3rd party if your EMI allows it, not all do, but most like Wise.com
