?My suggestion is to do it in bunches, if you know/contact some miners they may sell you directly, I do know some who sell a part of what they mine (but not for the sums you are looking for sorry).
I'm in touch with couple of miners too, as well as companies accepting BTC from their customers - they ask premium, I'm interested what is considered a reasonable/common mark up
Which premium do they ask you? I would say "reasonable" is between 3 to 5%, in any case, not more than 8%.
Have you looked at hodlhodl? I see some offers around 50k with premiums < 5%, just doing it 10 times you would be set for your goal of 500k. Or if not, why don't you try to post an offer there?more than 8%, ridiculous but otherwise ideal deal
So you can use crypto ATM or in some countries, there is a news stand chain retailer who sells BTC for cash.
central European countries are full of crypto ATMs - however the mark up is a between 4 and 12% and limit for nonKYC purchase is usually around 1000eur - hence inefficient
