Hello, are there any parties interested in making investments in Indian real estate? Cash can be used too. Options available are--- running profitable hospital, shut down hospital, land for hospital/hotel/apartment and farm land with a conversion option for township. Please PM, thanks.

Maybe you can explain why someone would want to invest in a shutdown hospital in India for example? It may help any person who is in the market for such a opportunity.

It is available at a very lesser price than the market due to the company being insolvent. So the company wants to sell off the asset. That way, it can be acquired without any hassle at less than 50% of the market price. And once acquired, it can be refurbished and restarted. It comes along with the equipments, machinery and ambulances etc.

And once you want to move your money out of India, their Gov will tax you 20% (from July 1st) - currently "just" 5%.
