Hi,

as you know RelayFI is forcing to have US address that is not PO box for the LLC it self, I managed to have a lease agreement on the same address when the owner offer PO boxes but they didn't accept my address.

now the question is :
1- do you know a reliable source from where I can get an address ?
2- did anyone try Regus or any workspaces address with Mercury and Relayfi ?
3- will they send regularly some letters to that address ? the idea is I can put friend address then he make a sublease for my LLC but don't want to bother him by getting letters from relayfi and mercury.

regards

Did you find a solution?

From what I know, there are various services providers ('company setup people') out there who will give you a 'premium address' (e.g. a real house or business that doesn't have 10000x other people registered at it), lease, utility bill etc. Absolute cheapest is about $40 USD per month, but can easily be $200 USD.

I've even seen one asking $400 USD per month (they rent a real physical apartment and split it with 5 people). That's obviously way too much though.

You nees to solve 2 things:

Financial institutions do not accept addresses that are marked as CMRA in USPS database.

USPS Database is public.
You can check address which you plan to use and find out if it is CMRA or not.

You will need a proof of address. Lease agreement is the easiest one.

The most usefull are coworkings. Meny of them offer lease agreement and the most of them is not marked as CMRA.

Thanks, that's why am looking for address like with regus.
But even those addresses risk to have thousands of LLC there.
Can any one with relayfi suggest a coworking addresses that he uses?
Regards

You can use smarty to confirm that the address is not marked as CMRA. I would appreciate it if you could let us know if your regus address was accepted.

I tried with many different EMI's to use a Regus and Clevver address without luck. I ended up using other methods to get an address for this purpose and installed a mail forwarding service so the mail goes from there to clevver.
