I am looking for opinion and suggestions from group members.
I run essay help business which is typically not supported by mainstream providers like paypal, stripe etc

1) is it possible to remain out of paypal radar. High volumes 10M+ ....Low CB rate ~0.35%
2) suggestions on how to remain out of their radar? Our CB rates are very low. Any suggestions?

Then don't use them. Find an alternative high risk payment processor that supports your activity. Try looking around.

10M is even for PP big money!
