Renew freelance UAE and Rent contract

Hello guys,
Quick Q please, I need to renew my freelance licence in Abu Dhabi. They changed the process (as every year or so lol).. now we need to upload a tawtheeq (rent contract) to be able to renew the licence online.

I visit UAE few days a year..

what can I do in this situation ? Knowing that I want to keep the same licence / EID to avoid starting from scratch in another emirate.
