Risk Of Unverified Paypal

I just setup a PayPal account using my international passport and the email verification was successful. No bank or card linked yet as I don't have a bank account to my name here in this country. Not planing to setup a bank here either so I just want to use the PayPal that way.

Now the problem is will I be able to receive and send out funds to other PayPal account without bank or card verification??

Someone mentioned I could link a VCC to PP account but how reliable is this?

Please help.

the least you can expect is some sort of limits on the amount you can transfer to "friends".
Not sure if you would also be limited on payments.

PayPal will limit the account until fully verified. My UK fake account is set to £2000 per months.

With a VCC I was able to verify and get the limit lifted.

OK thanks guys.... @AMD can you please enlighten me on which VCC to use for PayPal verification? I was able to see few ones from Google but most of it looks shady.

It isn't £2000 per month. it is EU 2500 maximum for the lifetime of the account until you submit identity documents to life the limits and add a bank account.

Many cards work great, sadly others are blacklisted. VCCs are a moving target and PayPal actively blacklists these when they spot a pattern of abuse. The last I used was icard, but I do not know if it still works for registration at this time.

Found it in Resource section, no problem with UK card.
