searching for PayPal account fully verified

Hello does anybody knows and seller of fully verified PayPal account personal from the US or UK. All the sellers Iv found at the inet are scammers and delivered nothing. I need and fully
veriefied personal PayPal account with whole access and the verification docs belong to it. I do not search any PPL accounts with Balance or for making money , I will fill this account myself and only needs to have and US PPL account .

Can anybody give some good advice where to find ?

Better to Create Paypal account your self.
Do not pay for account.

Yes Indeed I am please sent me some ways of communication like your Emailadress or something like that excepting Skype wich I do not use because of security reasons. An US account with trash debit card and all information about the accountholder would be enough no need for a bank account Thank You

debit card that would have to be an exotic bin, in other to get paypal 4digit sent via the cards statement..thrash debit as stated would not function via the acct verification process...

For banking attachment to paypal,card attached has to be in sync with the bank routing attached or a bank thats well known by paypal...

banking attached must have access to instant statements as well.

Get that in place and your opsec is homebound...

You can buy paypal vccs online for 5-10 USD. These can be used for 4digit code verification. I bought tens of vccs here: Shop - VCC STORE
All worked well, you enter the card into your account and after some time ask seller for the code. It seems that they don't support UK and Europe anymore. Maybe you can find another store that still does.
With PayPal stealth account you can use your real bank account for withdrawal even if it doesn't match the paypal owner name as long as bank won't deny transaction to different recipient (TW didn't at least around 9 months ago). From my experience it is better to make and grow stealth paypal accounts yourself rather than buy. Forums are full of scammers and you can get frozen easly
