If all you want is to not be on public record, you can either go for secretive jurisdiction like BVI, Mauritius, Caymans, Labuan, or the US or form a company in a jurisdiction without public UBO register and simply use a nominee.

If you do that, your involvement is only known to the financial service providers you work with and the government where the company is incorporated. Once the bank submits a report under CRS (if applicable), your home country can/will know about the involvement as well.

But the public wouldn't.
