Hi,
I plan to sell subscriptions to analytical web-service to corporate clients. I am the sole owner and the sole director of the company. I wonder if there are any other ways to sell subscriptions other than signing contracts?
I can theoretically ask them to sign the contract, scan it and send it to me in electronic format – print it out and then seal it with the company seal (signing contracts with the SEAL is possible from my company documents). But I guess this will not work? I need to minimise the paperwork.
There is also a very interesting document called subscription order – they just, print it, fill it in and sign it and then send the scanned copy to me? – Can it work?
Or do I need to hire someone to just sign the contracts?
Dave
