Hello together!

I am looking for advice finding the best jurisdiction for operating an adult business. I have already seen some helpful threads in the forum and would appreciate some more information about my specific case.

1) The Business
While I classified it as an adult business, it is slightly different from the sites discussed in other threads. We sell erotica in the form of ebooks, which may include drawn illustrations.
The writings published are monitored not to contain anything too extreme, and the plan is to be fully compliant with the law. Depending on the country, it may still classify as being obscene, though.
For the first two years, I estimate the monthly turnover to be at best $10k.

2) Jurisdiction
The main objective for choosing the right business location is a lenient law regarding the sale of erotica and the adult industry in general.
I am from an EU country with strict guidelines even for the sale of written erotica, which would make operating successfully nearly impossible.
Since we deal with authors and need to acquire actual licenses, legitimacy is an important aspect as well. Additionally, I would need a bank account and access to a reputable payment gateway.
Since relocation might be necessary, all of this would suggest a country within the EU. Low tax rates are secondary but definitely a factor as well.

Do you have any suggestions on where to set up such a company?

is not cyprus the pron hub of the eu?

Cyprus can work for you, so Spain and Malta can work well too. I know people in all these countries and they are doing well with their P**N business. Porsche and Ferrari are not rare in their vicinity :)

+1 for Cyprus and Seychelles or Belize. Ask which adult processor is willing to take a Seychelles or Belize company.

Choose a EU country which is open to P**N or USA (so not e.g. Poland with their mighty church or not Germany because laws protecting minors are business unfriendly). Why nothing else:
You will find payment processors for this high risk classified business only in this two market areas. Forget everything else.
