Someone think, that is good service? They offer prepaid Mastercard and IBAN in Ireland. That is good way to transfer money from PayPal?

Yes, but one time I tried to send 100€ and it worked well.

There is another thread that says that if you have documentation of the funds there won't be any problems

I used weststein before and n problems bit this was with small amounts..Anyone did it with amounts over 1000 euro if it is still safe?

There are EMI's that can solve this today, for instant TransfwerWise and AdvCash are options to withdraw money to depending on what currency you have for your paypal account.
