I am interested in setting up a Cyprus company.

So I would like to have more informations about that.

What are the needed documents, where and how to setup (website or other), what requirements and what tax to pay? is it possible to have a dormant company? how much does it cost and how is the payment made? please explain with as more details as possible.

Thanks

Welcome aboard, to answer some of your questions please see my comment below.

The required documents for the company incorporation in Cyprus are a copy of passport (must be valid and not expired) and a utility bill or credit card / bank statement showing your current address. Well for the tax it depends on how the company is structured, if the company can be considered non resident the tax rate is 0% if it is resident the tax rate is 10%.

"To have a dormant" company is of course possible. Or do you mean to buy a dormant company in Cyprus?
