Hello,

We are running a website that is selling service online (Sportrelated information/advice). Only information is given so they have to go to their local bookmakers to place any bets. Our products are subscription based and is mainly targeting people from the US. Everything is legal however some jurisdiction may have gamble/bettingrelated information banned in their countries.

We just launched it in Jan 2012 and we do offer paypal as payment method at the moment.

We are looking at a revenue by the end of 2012 of about 15000 USD monthly and based on our calculations by the end of 2013 we are looking at about 30000 USD/month. We are three partners from Sweden who are behind this service and we need to set up something completely anonymous from the Swedish government and offshore in about two months from now.

That means company formation, methods of receiving payments/subscription if PayPal is not an option (however PayPal is preferred as most US citizen are familiar with it), bank accounts, a way of withdrawing money (anonymous cards without our names written on it) and so on.

Which country do you recommend that we should look into? And what type of setup is recommended?

Making a trip to sign documents is not a problem for us, as long as the destination is somewhere in the Europe.

Is the above service something that your company can provide? If so, what prices are we looking at?

Please advice,

The payment service provider is called Verotel ;) They are great I know one of the owners personally.
