Good day everyone

Recently all Seychelle IBC agents started to ask for records which are
  • Are sufficient to show and explain the company’s transactions;
  • Enable the financial position of the company to be determined with reasonable accuracy at any time;
  • Allow for accounts of the company to be prepared

I wonder what are the consequenses if i tell them that company does not have any records because it does not have bank accounts and is used for holding purposes only?

You still need to keep records even if you don't have a bank account. Accounting for a holding company is usually very easy, though. It shouldn't be much work for an accountant to sort that out for you.

Then you tell them that you don't have invoices, receipts, or bank statements. But show them proof that the company is a holding company, such as showing registry of shareholders or share certificates, if the company holds shares. Or show other agreements that the company has entered into.

For now, the requirement is just that registered agents must know where the records are, so that upon request, they can be presented to the government.

Does have anybody have a template/sample of how this record should look like?
