Shipping insurance Set up on Paypal

Hello all.. I've have been searching diligently on how to add the shipping insurance option to the paypal checkout page. And to fail in all trials. So please can anyone guide me on how to do this since i need this set up as soon as possible on my page. That would be of great help . Thanks,,
