- Singapore resident
- Charging customers credit cards
- My customers are from USA and EU
- My employees are from other countries

I want to setup a structure with ideally 0% corporate tax + ideally 0% tax when shares are sold/transferred + lowest possible personal tax
Suggestions?

Dubai Company Formation with Residence Visa and local UAE Business Bank Account together with Stripe as Merchant Account. 100% privacy, 0% tax, no audit and accounting requirements

This would be a long lasting setup with company, residence and bank account within the same jurisdiction.

However low budget setup could be even a US LLC with Mercury or Wise as Bank Account.

This would be a very limited setup as you have without travelling to the US or spending $$$$ any possibility to get banking beside of Mercury and Wise within the US what would be required to get a Merchant Account.

Depending on your numbers you should decide which one makes more sense to you.

Thank you for the answer Fred. I cannot do Dubai at the moment.

If I went through the US LLC route, what would my US and SG tax obligations look like?
US:
1. Do I pay VAT or sales taxes?
2. Do I pay federal taxes?
3. Do I pay taxes on company sale or transfer?

SG:
1. Do I pay taxes on income I bring back to SG?
2. Do I pay SG taxes on profits that stays in the US?

Best you check this with a SG based tax advisor that knows both sides the US and SG.
