Spain Nomad visa / gibraltar company

Hi, with the new easy Spainish nomad visa and the Beckham law ( no tax on overseas dividends) could I live in Spain and open a company in gibraltar company flipping vintage cars in the USA and pay no tax on that income? from what I read you only pay tax under the Beckham law on SPAINISH income at a flat rate of 24%

You need to read the many other threads about relocating to Spain, all signs and reactions are DON'T do that!

You need to examine clearly any tax agreements between Spain and Gibraltar post brexit. There has always been a hostile economic situation between Spain and Gibraltar. I would get proper tax advice in relation to Beckham law when it comes to Gibraltar.

P.S In general I would avoid Spain if tax is your main concern. Can't believe you are still hunting for solution since April .
