Thinking about opening an agency abroad (UK & US)

Hello everybody,

first of all, I have to say that I have no interest in hiding income, etc. I'm going white-hat all the way. Currently, I'm running an agency in an EU country, but since my business sector (translation) is pretty much completely globalized, I'm planning to expand my business using Google Ads campaigns in foreigns cities. While I do understand how to open a company abroad, get a business account and a virtual office address, I'd like to know if there are out there some mail handling providers. To explain what exactly I need:

I not only need someone to receive and scan my mail, but I need someone whom I can give my company stamp to, so he/she can stamp some documents, and then send them to the client's address. Like a secretary, but only for mail. Are there such services in the UK and/or US? How is that service called? Do you maybe have any recommendation?
