Hi all,

I would like to start a LLC type entity for a software business I intend to start selling digital services to customers all over the world.

I know that Estonia e residency would allow me to open a business bank account with Transferwise and then transfer share capital into that account.

Will this work for other jurisdictions, specifically Cayman Islands or BVI? After my company is established, would Transferwise allow me to transfer in the share capital *without* having any other bank account?

Thanks

I think that should work as long TW support BVI or Cayman Islands.
I think you could also use some "assets" as share capital when you have proper contract. For example you put a car, boat , real estate as share capital without the Fiat transaction.
