TransferWise - how their charges for outgoing payments work?

Hello,

I want to set-up business account with TransferWise, however I do not understand how their process with outgoing payments work.

They have "fee" calculator but it always require to have your currency (in what you pay) and recipient currency different.

What if I want to send in the same currency as recipient will get? Does it work this way?

Would appreciate if somebody could share his experience on this matter

Well, I actually used google, and it does not explain clearly, as for example in the link you have sent it is written that they will charge a fixed fee, for example for USD to a bank account outside of U.S. 3 USD. But I asked them in the email and they said that for such transaction they would charge 2 fees: payout fee + international transfer fee
