TRC as dual citizen

I'm about to obtain TRC, all the stamps which are required to validate my eligibility for TRC (183+ days) are on my 2nd citizenship passport so I'm not sure if I can ask the document to be for the home country. considering the meaning of the document is the same regardless the mentioned country on it, does it make a big difference if the TRC would be generated for the 2nd citizenship country and not the home country?

What's the country that will issue the TRC? Some countries don't even include citizenship in the TRC, just name and TIN.
