Union Bank of the Philippines

Union Bank of the Philippines, from what I read, has a bitcoin ATM and deals in bitcoin. They are difficult to reach by phone. Does anyone have any info on what services the bank offers in terms of bitcoin? Not hard to open a bank account in the Philippines.
