Hey guys!

due to the ongoing conflict and the cutting ties with Russia.
There might be a good entry point in the near future.

There is no exchange of bank data between Ru and the West.
Meaning, as long as you can somehow satisfy the authorities there about the source of your money, you are free to go.

Any ideas on the topic?

Greetings!

That’s the sentiment I am usually buying.
Latam is absolutely no-go territory, all large economies shifted to socialist governments in the past years, even relatively prosperous and civilized places like Chile and Colombia hit the highway to hell ... Argentina also so gone, such a sad story. Now only missing Brazil, Bolsonaro still has strong support but the criminal socialist Lula is on a close track, if the largest economy of the continent also takes the venny poison pill it will be the complete downfall of Latam, absolutely regardless of what people might be saying about the commodities cycle.

So where the countries on the downfall maybe there is a point in buying real estate, and waiting for a half of decade or so when things will become brighter for them?

Even though Russia looks (and might indeed be) a buying opportunity, it is impractical and a waste of time to bother - from a foreign point of view.

The world is getting quite small for investors from the"democratic" West.
Funny: Most of these investment limitations are imposed by Western goverments on their own citizens.

The world is getting quite small for Western citizens due to short-sited politics of their own incompetent politicians.

Russians are so hilarious.
Their sh**whole became isolated, and they are shouting at each corner that foreign investors are being cut of from privilege to invest in Russian penny-stocks. You live in your own fantasy world)

Yes. So get yourself a citizenship from a friendly or neutral country. If it's for investing in Russia, it doesn't need to be some great visa-free travel passport.
Your birthplace is usually written on the passport. So everybody who see some caribbean passport and your name surname they understand you have other passport.
Thats what everybody don't realize applying for 2nd citizenship
