Im a Thai resident

Any options for ecommerce payment platform who allow sign up with local details...
But permit withdrawal to personal offshore account - options would greatly appreciated please?
Can it be done with payment wall/ brick? Or other option?

Last resort if can only be done with offshore company & bank?
If so what is quickest / reasonable options with payment platform

Maybe should say ... no problem paying to third parties like using the Mister Tango account to transfer to a personal own account?
How long does it take to open a belize company and estimate of costs to open and runit every year please?
