Hi!

I'm having trouble opening a US/non-CRS bank account for my Delaware LLC.
All US banks that I checked seem to require a physical address within the US, which I lack.

Is there any option, other than Transferwise, to open a US bank account, or any other reliable bank account that doesn't share information in accordance with the CRS?

While Transferwise Borderless currently fits that bill, I doubt that it'll stay that way for very long.

Both digital options, and physical US banks that require a personal visit would be acceptable.

Thanks in advance!

It's going to be complicated to open a US bank account without a SSN or personal visit!

Just to make it clear: I'm not asking about ways of opening a bank account remotely - while that would be great, I've given up hope on that.
Though, as a side note, it's actually possible if you have a physical office in the US: Open a European bank account with HSBC and you'll be able to open a US account from the same European branch. They do perform a visit to your US office, however, so no ways to get around having that.

Thus I've made peace with having to fly to the US, unless there is another digital bank option akin to Transferwise Borderless.

If you find some valid solution please be kind and post about it here. There are thousands in your situation that are looking for answers!

Well, Transferwise Borderless is a valid solution - for now. You can have an account in EUR, USD and many more currencies, and they're currently not participating in any exchange of information. I doubt, however, that that will last.

Did you ask Silicon Valley Bank Home 6 months ago they have done this.
